W.A.C. Industries can save you time and money on a wide range of specialty tasks. No project is too large – or too small – to benefit from our expertise. Our services include:
Packaging — We can complete final packaging of most products that are hung, shelved or placed in a point-of-purchase display. Our employees are trained in the proper use of bar coding, verification of security tags and other special packaging skills.
Assemblies of All Types — Our employees are trained in using glue, screws, punch presses, arbor presses, rivets and other fasteners to assemble products together such as manuals, binders, salesman sample kits, and others.
Labeling — We can provide labeling of all size products, cartons, bottles, bags and envelopes.
Collating — Gathering literature in proper order for mailings, catalogs, kits or other items.
Inserting — Mailcrafters 9800 Edge-Series Inserter with G-insert pockets and stacker model. Inserts up to size 6" x 9.25" and envelopes up to 6.5" x 9.5".
Glue Application — Hot melt glue, padding glue, bottle and drum glue.
Skin Packaging — Products are placed on a coated sheet of multiple cards. Surlyn film is then heated, lowered onto the products and vacuum-suctioned onto a card, forming a "skin" of plastic around products and adhering to the surrounding card. Cards are then die cut from the sheet.
Shrink Packaging — Using heat to shrink plastic film around products, similarly to how tapes and CDs are wrapped. Shrink-wrapping can keep several components together and protect units from dust and marring.
Drilling — Mechanical drilling of holes into various materials (e.g., paper, wood, metal). For example, drilling holes in paper for use in 3-ring binders.
Washing and Cleaning — We can wash all machine parts, engine parts, clean and disinfect office equipment and company telephones.
Printing — We have the equipment and technical expertise to provide basic one-, two- or four-color printing of letterhead, newsletters, posters and other simple materials.
Mailing — We can assist in preparing your mailings for standard (bulk) mail or first class distribution. Our work conforms to all USPS requirements.
UPS and FedEx — We have full service for both UPS and FedEx Ground and Next Day Air.
Silk-Screening — With our screen printing press, we can complete up to four-color printing on t-shirts, pens and other promotional items.
Warehouse Space and Two Full Size Dock Doors — 30,000 sq. ft. with pallet shelving throughout. Standard dock high door with 2 bays. Easy access for 53' tractor trailers.
FDA-Certified Packaging — Our facility is registered with the FDA, enabling us to perform many medical packaging assignments.
